Report abuse

If a VanishMail address is being used for phishing, fraud, harassment, or any other activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, please report it. We treat every report as confidential and act within one business day.

What to send

• The full @vshm.app address you are reporting.
• The category: phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, other.
• A short description of what the sender did, and any evidence you have (e.g. the full message you received, including headers).

You can submit a report by email to the address listed on the Contact page. We do not currently offer a public web form for reports because it would itself be a target for spammers.

What happens next

If the report is well-founded, we will destroy the inbox in question, block the sending network if the abuse is part of a pattern, and retain the report itself for 90 days for our own records. We do not share reporter identity with the reported party.

For law enforcement

Official requests should be addressed to the abuse contact published in the WHOIS for vshm.app. We respond to valid legal process in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
